Barbara Keown

Barbara was born in Evansville, and grew up in Henderson, Kentucky. She received her AS from Henderson Community College, and BS from the University of Southern Indiana. She has over 16 years in customer service, commercial sales, and account management in various industries. She started her career at WFIE-TV, writing and producing commercials, where she won several Addy Awards. Three years later, she worked for Insight Communications as the Commercial Account Executive, promoting broadband fiber services to area businesses. She also sat on the board of directors at the Apartment Association of Southern Indiana. Most recently, she worked 10 years at Publicis Health, a contract pharmaceutical sales company. She helped launched Pfizer’s specialty ADHD products in the Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky, and Southern Illinois territories. Barbara is known for partnering with her customers to solve problems and create strategic solutions. She is passionate about advocating for her customers and building lasting relationships.
